Celebrance for AI assistants
Celebrance has a connector for AI assistants. It lets Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP) answer questions about our prices, open dates and officiants in Ontario, then give you a link to book on our site.
Add it to your assistant
The connector's address is https://celebrance.ca/api/mcp. No account or key is needed.
- Claude: add a custom connector with this address (Settings, then Connectors).
- ChatGPT and other assistants: add it wherever your assistant accepts a remote MCP server.
What it can do
Tool | What it answers |
|---|---|
| The areas we serve, for weddings and for funerals and celebrations of life, what can be booked online, the starting price and the page of each area |
| The all-in price of a package on a date, sales tax included, with its options |
| The dates of a month when an officiant can be booked online, cheapest first |
| Whether an officiant can be booked for a date and time, who it would be and the price |
| For a date, which start times have an officiant free, with their languages and published rating |
| A link to our booking form, filled in with the date, time and package |
Celebrance sets the price of each ceremony. It is the same whichever officiant performs it, and it includes our guarantee: if your officiant can't come, we send a replacement.
You always book on our site
The assistant never books for you. The link opens our booking form, where you check the price and the officiant, enter your details and accept our terms. Where online booking isn't open, the assistant gives you the area's page, where you can send us a request.
What the connector receives
The connector only reads. It receives what the assistant asks: an area, a date, a time, a package or a language. It never asks for your name, email or phone number, and it doesn't know who is asking. See our privacy policy.
